25% Discount Terms and Conditions.
This offer is only valid for hire dates between 1/10/09 to the 31/03/10 and excludes
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve. Mobile discos, PA Hire, are not included in this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is strictly for the use of members of the general public and cannot be offered to Agency's, Cross Hires or any third party. All our hires are based on weather permitting basis therefore Completely Bounced has the right to refuse bookings or cancel a hire at any time. This offer is subject to equipment availability, set-up times, and collection times.

Deposits please note:
When Booking we do require a 25% deposit to confirm all bookings.
All deposits are non-refundable, but we do give you the right to re-schedule your hire for another date should it rain.
Delivery:
We deliver to local areas for free, but please ask at the time of booking.
Some areas not local may encounter a small delivery charge.
We will always make every effort to deliver on time but if we are held up in traffic for any reason we will call you on your chosen number of contact, as soon as we realise we could experience problems.
Set Up & Collection:
All our prices include free set up and collection.
If there is not suitable access available which prevents us from setting up or packing down any equipment you have hired, then you as the customer you will be liable to pay the full hire charge with any delivery costs and may encounter further costs for any inconvenience caused!
The Venue:
It is the responsibility of the client named on the contract or confirmation letter
to provide a safe working environment for us to work in.
Ensuring that:-
- Sufficient access is available for the loading and unloading of the equipment.
- The venue has the required access and area required, to allow the equipment to be set-up safely.
- The area where the equipment is to be set-up is clean and does not contain any substances such as, oil, paint, or animal excrement, any sharp objects such as glass, metal, or wood, which may cause injury or damage to any persons or equipment.
- Completely Bounced reserves the right to refuse the operation or hire of our equipment if we believe that the venue is unsuitable or unsafe to operate in.
Participant Behaviour:
It is at our discretion as the supplier as to whether or not the hire should be closed down for reasons such as:-
- The participants are acting in an abusive or aggressive manner.
- The participants are under or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The conditions are proving to be too dangerous.
- The participants not adhering to the safety instructions.
Should this happen then the full total balance shall still be payable by the named client on the contract or confirmation letter.
Face Painting not allowed:
Completely Bounced will not allow any persons to participate on any of the inflatable activities who has had their face painted, as it stains and damages equipment.
Any face paints found to have marked or stained our equipment, the client named on the contract or confirmation letter will be charged a cleaning fee.
Weather Conditions:
In the event of us being prevented from hiring & setting up equipment due to inclement weather conditions such as snow, winds, rain, or any circumstances beyond our control, we cannot refund any deposits that have been paid .We do however offer you the option to reschedule for an alternative day of your choice, providing the equipment is available for the date you require & is within three months of your original hire date.
Public Liability Insurance:
Completely Bounced carries Public Liability Insurance of five million pounds.
This covers us for public buildings & private venues.
Completely Bounced will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred to enable us to perform at the venue such as.
- Additional Insurance cover.
- Entertainment or performing licences.
- Any independent testing of our equipment.
Mains power supply:
You, the client, must ensure that a mains 13amp-power supply is available for our use that is within 20 metres of where our equipment is to be set up unless we have agreed different. Please note we cannot plug into outside sockets as the RCD plugs we use will not fit. If you are unsure about this please ask at the time of booking.
Generator Power supply:
Unless a generator has been requested, then it is therefore the responsibility of you, the client, to ensure that there is a power supply available.
Should the power supply not be adequate to fulfil this contract, then the full fee stated shall still remain payable by you the named client .
Financial Settlement:
The balance or full payment shown on your contract is to be paid in full to us when equipment is set-up and ready to use. Completely Bounced will not allow anyone to use any equipment without payment in full. Failure to do so will result in the equipment being closed down and removed from the venue or site.
All cheques must be made payable to Completely Bounced.
A charge of £30 will be made in the event of any funds not cleared
Cancellations & Deposits:
Any cancellations must be received in writing at least five working days before event date otherwise you will be liable for paying the total hire fee as shown on your contract or confirmation letter. All monies and deposits that have been paid are non refundable when cancelling any bookings.
Agreement:
This is an agreement between us, Completely Bounced and you, the named client on your contract or confirmation letter, so unless a written cancellation is received five working days before your event date you are liable for all costs on your contract in full.
